Step 2:
Buy an advanced ticket to the festival @
tickets

Step 4: Get us your film before the cut off date.
The film should be on DVD whenever possible, or if you must, VHS
tape.
Put your film in an envelope or box, along with
your submission form with contact information send it
on over. For address to send to, please read your mailing list
instructions.
